Rose is an artist and storyteller whose work explores themes of identity, migration, and belonging. Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, raised in a refugee camp, and later resettled in Canada, she draws deeply from personal experiences of displacement and the ongoing search for home.

Through video installations, photography, and multidisciplinary projects, Rose uses language as a lens to examine the reconstruction of self and community. Her practice amplifies narratives of resilience and shared memory, reflecting on the quiet strength found in rebuilding lives across new landscapes.

Her work has been exhibited internationally, including Interlude at Usine C as part of FIFA 2025, and The New Black Vanguard at Saatchi Gallery, London. She has also been featured in publications and platforms such as Deeds, Sugarcane Magazine, and Atmos (Dear Earth).

This platform offers a window into Rose’s artistic journey — a continuous exploration of place, memory, and the universal longing for belonging.
